Account deletion

You can delete your records and account inside the App at any time.

1. Open the App and go to the "Settings" tab → "Account" → "Delete records and account" 2. Tap "Delete" on the confirmation screen 3. If you connected Google or Apple, sign in once more to confirm it's you

When it's done, you return to the first screen.

- Your recorded activities and their times, and activities you created - Your journey progress (distance walked, mon, collected local specialties and outfits) - Your focus timer records - Your Google / Apple connection and account (for Apple, we also revoke the tokens)

Everything is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

"Log out" does not delete anything; your records stay in your account.

If you can't delete inside the App (for example, you lost your phone or can't sign in), contact us with the email address of the Google / Apple account you connected. After confirming it's you, we will delete it, usually within 5 business days.
